This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you send us when you ask for a crew quote or call the dispatch line. We are a small event staffing company in Melbourne, Florida. We are not in the data business and we have nothing to sell but labor.
Who is responsible

What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, the organization you are booking for, an email address or phone number, the event date, venue, expected attendance and gate time, plus anything else you type into an email or say on the phone.
- Basic server logs. Like any website, ours records IP address, browser type, referring page and the time of the request. These come from our hosting and security provider and are used to keep the site up and to see roughly how many people visit.
- Cookies. This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our security provider may set a strictly functional cookie to keep the site available.
What we do with it
Exactly three things: put together a crew quote and get back to you, staff and run the event if you book it, and keep the invoice and job records our accountant and the State of Florida expect us to keep. If you booked a job with us, we may follow up about the next season's dates. Tell us to stop and we stop.
We do not sell, rent, trade or share your information with anyone for marketing. No lists, no data brokers, no affiliate partners. If somebody claims to have your details from us, it did not come from us.
Who else can see it
Only the people needed to do the job: our email and hosting providers, our security and DNS provider, our bookkeeper for invoicing, and — when the venue requires it — a crew roster or insurance certificate sent to the venue or permitting office you asked us to work for. Each of those gets the minimum needed and nothing more. We will also disclose information if a court, subpoena or Florida law requires it.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that never turn into a booking are deleted within about 18 months. Records connected to an actual job — contracts, invoices, insurance certificates — are kept for seven years for tax and liability reasons, then destroyed.
Your choices
Write to dispatch@batigus.shop and you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We answer within 30 days. Deletion requests are honored except where we are legally required to keep a financial record. Any email from us can be stopped by replying "stop" — there is no unsubscribe maze here because there is no mailing list to speak of.
Children
This site is meant for event organizers, venues and municipal staff. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If a minor sent us something, email us and it will be deleted.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Quote requests arrive by email into an account protected by two-factor authentication, and job records live in accounting software with restricted access. No system is perfect; if we ever had a breach affecting your information, we would tell the affected people directly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top changes with it. The current version is always the one on this page.
